two beds are better than one

Oh, you knew this post was coming. I just adore this look! If you're a big blog reader, this is not the first twin bed roundup you've seen. And if you're a big design lover, you adore this look too, because it's about order and symmetry and balance. Pairing up two twin beds is just so unabashedly pleasing to the eye. It may be rare to encounter a double twin bedroom in our homes these days, but when it's done, the results can be impressive. Imagine: a great design for one bed—then times two. Behold.

So, now I need to know: Do you have a favorite? Could you even pick one? Some of the adult rooms are stunning, but right now I am partial to the kids' ones—especially the sophisticated girls' room with the zebra headboards. Have you done this in your own home? Would you? If I had the space, I would use two twins in a heartbeat. It's ideal for a guest room or kids' room. So gracious, so charming, so design-satisfying.

WOW! Great selection of inspiration pics! I think twin beds are ideal for kids' room and would love to use it for my son (when he has a bigger room). For the guest room - I always go back and forth b/c I like the look of twins (esp. the symmetry it provides), but I also wonder if my guests would like sleeping in a twin??
