mirrored door panels

lonny

Yes, that gorgeous vintage door has panels of mirrored glass. Is this a trend in the making? There were two examples of it in Lonny's March/April issue. We know mirrors reflect light and can make a space look bigger. But if wall space is limited and you have no space for a mirror, why not mirror your doors instead? I love it in a bedroom or closet, but I wouldn't shy away from it in public spaces—it'd be dramatic and unexpected. If you're in an old house with paneled doors, it'll give you a fabulous chic, shiny, light-bouncing, sophisticated look. I'm a fan.

I love it! A great way to open up a small space and has no "Boogie Nights" undertones what so ever.

This would really work nicely in a small or dark room to help expand and brighten the space
